You have a couple options. You can either print off one page at a time for you to color, or you can print out all 100-plus pages at once (recommended). Then simply arrange all pages by category inside a 3-ring binder. This allows you to select whichever page you want to color at your leisure. I have mine arranged in a soft blue binder because it is a calming color. I suggest using a 3-ring binder that has a clear cover that you can slide the cover of the coloring book into for a soothing aesthetic.

l LOVE this book!!! I love the introductory information. I love to learn. Having such detail was a nice extra and made me feel like the manufacturer is really invested in what she is doing and what she believes in. The categories are the best, and so many pages!!!! Most books like these have only one theme or category. I feel like this book is a Godsend. I can't tell you all the thoughts and feelings that were elicited as I went through each page. I felt like I was in different places with each category. I like the digital aspect because I can print as needed. I can print per category based on what different ones make me feel like on different days. I was nicely surprised because all my kids use coloring books (even the adult ones), so I've seen and shopped for my fair share. Again, the variety is a super selling point for me as a consumer because I LIKE CHOICES!! Absolutely a good price for what you get.

The design cover is great! I love the colors. They make me feel happy! The categories and themes are good selections as well. The images in this book make me feel relaxed. I feel like I relieve stress just by looking at the images in this book. The introductory comments are also helpful as they are good explanations on the benefits of coloring therapy.

The images in this coloring book make me feel sunny, peaceful, still, undisturbed, grateful and mesmerized. I think the author captured the most important categories and themes that will allow people to express their feelings and thoughts on each coloring page. The colors on the cover bring me happiness and make me feel more alive and give me a positive outlook on life. They give a sense of relief from the stress people may be feeling.
